Female pet rats

I have a pair of female rats that I'm needing to rehome. they will come with bedding, bowls, food, water bottle with hanger, and all of their treats and hides. I am keeping the tank for a project. I really want them to go as pets if possible. They are very cute girls and I would keep them if I could but my cats just wont leave them alone and I dont want them stressed out. I am reachable by text. They have a rehoming fee of $20 to recoup a little portion of the money I've put into them.
