HOME BUILDER seeks construction punch out technician for multiple ongoing jobsites. Varied tasks will include: light carpentry, drywall repair, paint, jobsite maintenance, general punch out, preparation of new homes for delivery to buyers, and special projects. Experience in similar and/or related construction work a must. Reliable transportation (for occasional running between jobsites during day) required - Pickup truck a plus. Must be self-supervising, dependable, and possess strong work ethic. Hourly pay commensurate with ability and experience. Full time. Benefits available, EOE.
