The 4 steps of wine tastingWait - red wine in the summer???How to choose the right red for YOU!Wine and food pairing guidelinesAnd much more....This is a safe tasting event! Questions are encouraged, no wine experience is necessary! Wine is intimidating enough, and Kim is here to demystify it for you, as well as the whole wine and food pairing process. Seating is limited, so register TODAY to reserve your glass! Covid-19 considerations - this event may be held indoors or outdoors (weather permitting) so dress accordingly! Masks are required for entry, but may be removed while seated. All safety protocols for wine service and food preparation will be adhered to by the staff. Six seats to a table, please be sure you are comfortable sitting with others before purchasing an individual ticket. There will be a quick temperature check at the door in an effort to maximize safety. Kim Aliczi has been passionate about wine education since 2011. She wishes to personally thank Jim Tsoukalas for inviting her to share her wine knowledge at Harwich Inn and Tavern, and hopes those attending enjoy the education, the food, and especially the WINE at one of her favorite places on the Cape.
