Help with computer desk keyboard sliding rack

Help! I bought this expensive, albeit lacking in quality, glass desk from one of those IKEA-like companies. Most of the desk is great, but with missing pieces and loose materials the keyboard rack is both uneven and loose. It seemingly cannot be tightend. On top of that the platform is not stable and the rack needs critical work. I hope someone can override/fix/jury-rig a better keyboard sliding rack and tighten materials.
