Porter/Full Time- Compactor Room Experience

Description

Porter needed for hi-rise apartment complex. Must have at least 2 years experience in compactor room. Must also be able to perform cleaning, maintenance, removal of garbage. Must be able to lift refrigerators/stoves for installation and removal from apartments. Must work in an efficient manner to get tasks done in a timely fashion. Experience with compactors and carpet cleaning equipment is necessary. All candidates will work an 8 hour day and their schedule can include Saturday, Sunday as normal work days. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour. There is a 90 day trial period which could lead to permanent Union position with benefits.
