SOCIAL SECURITY REQUIRED.
Must be SKILLED in ROUGH and FINISH CARPENTRY.
Must know drywall, plastering, taping and painting.
Additional skills in other construction trades such as plumbing, electric, tile work, etc. is preferred but not required.
