Carpenters - Lead and Apprentice

Seeking several Carpenters to join a well-established residential construction firm working on luxury homes across MetroWest, North Shore, and the Greater Boston region. Lead and Apprentice level positions are available. Work will focus on interior and exterior renovation and restoration, including kitchens and baths, new additions, as well as installing and fitting fine cabinetry and architectural woodworking. Project-based work with fun, small team and great clients. Organization, time management and good technical skills are required. A keen eye for detail, strong work ethic and good communication skills are important to our company culture. Carpenters must interact with staff, clients and subcontractors with a professional approach. Requirements/Qualifications: -(Lead 5-10+) (Apprentice 0-2) years experience in residential construction field, or associated trade -Rough carpentry experience and extensive finish carpentry skills (including cabinetry, trim and millwork installation) -Excellent communication skills, written and verbal -Comfortable working directly with clients, team members and subs on a regular basis -Professional demeanor and appearance -Time and budget management experience (comfortable learning internal project management software) -Clean driving record/Willing to undergo background check -Comfort navigating projects across the North Shore, Metro West, the greater Boston region and beyond -CSL, MA and other specialized licenses and certifications are a ++ Benefits: -Competitive Salary -Vacation/Personal/Holiday Time -401K + Employer Match -Health Insurance Reimbursement Program -Company Vehicle/Tool Stipend and more -Annual Merit/Discretionary Bonus
