Minimum of 5 years of experience in a SUPERINTENDENT role with landscape/hardscape construction Proficient at plan reading and understanding specifications Ability to quickly evaluate trade labor Basic layout/ survey experience Ability to supervise crews on multiple projects at one time (ranging from $75K to $3M) Familiarity with union/trade labor & work rules Work in NJ office located in central NJ
