Production Assistant-Tripod Cam. Op May 6-7, 2021

My production company, JAY DELP PRODUCTIONS, which provides a/v support for "live" events, is looking for a production assistant for 2 days (indoors) at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center, 100 Station Ave., Oaks, PA 19456 for graduation ceremonies to take place on Friday, May 7th. Day 1, Thurs. May 6, 2021 8am-5pm: Be part of a 3-man crew to load in/set up two 10x17' LED video walls on 20' genie lifts, 2 tripod cameras and all cabling. (see attached pics) Day 2, Friday, May 7, 2021 1-7:30pm: (3 ceremonies: 2, 4, & 6pm) Tripod video camera operator. Camera operator would be taking direction from a tech director (TD) via headset. Camera is a Panasonic HPX-500P with focus and lens controls and 7" HD color preview monitor. TD will take care of iris adjustments remotely. Video camera experience required. (see attached pics) Some "live" event tech experience preferred especially video camera operation. Must be easy to work with, present a professional appearance and attitude, pay attention to details, be a team player and a hard worker. Dress: "Show black" (black, collared shirt, no logos, black pants, black/dark shoes. No sneakers, jeans or T-shirts 1 meal provided each day. Would prefer same tech team for both days but if you can only do one day please contact me anyway. There are many more upcoming dates this Spring & Summer where crew member/video/LED techs will be needed and this is a good opportunity to gain experience with our gear and manner of doing business.
