Seeking an individual that meets the following: 1. You must have a reliable vehicle and a valid drivers license. Please no car sharing situations. 2. Please drug free only. I promise you will not hide it from me. 3. We do residential water and sewer service replacements. You will be digging. It is a labor intensive dirty job. Be prepared for that. If you are not please do not apply. We utilize a backhoe but there is always hand work involved. 4. Our work schedule is unpredictable. If you have schedule limitations or a girlfriend calling every 5 minutes wanting to know what time you are going to be home. Sometimes we work 12 hours sometimes 4 hours. It depends on the job. 5. Starting pay is $16.00 an hour. You set your own value to the company you will be evaluated in 60 days and every 6 months for a pay raise. Experience is definitely a plus but I will train an individual that shows me they’re dedicated and want to learn. 6. We can meet at a mutually convenient location every day and you can jump in the truck or you can come to Westville every morning and jump in from there. 7. Please text only.
