Palm Beach, Florida full-time position for seasoned, hands on professional with a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in high-end facilities maintenance and security. Ideal candidate will be detail oriented with competence and experience in most of the following areas including security practices: carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pool/fountain maintenance, clay tennis court maintenance, vehicle detailing and computer literacy. Must be able to lift 50lbs and climb a ladder. Must be a self-starter with strong logic and common sense who can effectively work with limited supervision and respect the owner’s preferences.
