Property Manager requires floating porter/handyman to help maintain 3 commercial properties from Jupiter to Lake Worth. Skills needed are keeping grounds clean, vacancy work, lighting check, light electrical [bulb & ballast changes], light plumbing [toilet part replacement], light irrigation, painting, seasonal pressure cleaning, coordinating work to be done, and other various duties. Must have basic tools. Pick up truck helpful. *Fluent in English *Flexible hours during week and weekend can work with other employment. *Must be able to pass background check
