Full Time Position - Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 4:00PM ENGLISH AND SPANISH REQUIRED Condominium(s) has immediate opening for experienced janitorial maintenance person with a clean criminal record. Background check will be performed for all candidates being considered for employment without exception. Drug testing may also be requested. Car is required from morning account to afternoon account. First account is in Hollywood Beach and second account is in Davie. Must possess at least 5 years experience in SOME of these maintenance skills (basic repairs, drywall repairs, painting, etc). Candidate must have more than just cleaning experience to be considered for this position. Janitorial duties also required in this position as no other employee works in the building except for this position. Job is best described as 50% Janitorial and 50% Project/Maintenance work. English is required. In order to be successful in this position, the candidate needs to be able to speak the english language. Broken english is fine as long as effective communication is possible with non-spanish speaking board members. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who can maintain professionalism with officers, property managers and residents. We are looking for someone who is reliable, ON-TIME and without drama/excuses. *Work Hours 7:00am - 4:30pm - Monday through Friday. 42 Hours Per Week. Pay is $960.00 bi-weekly M - 7:00 - 4:30 (Hollywood Beach) T - 7:00 - 11:00 (Hollywood Beach) 12:00 - 4:00 (Davie) W - 7:00 - 11:00 (Hollywood Beach) 12:00 - 4:00 (Davie) Th - 7:00 - 4:30 (Hollywood Beach) F - 7:00 - 11:00 (Hollywood Beach) 12:00 - 4:00 (Davie) Must have a car or reliable transportation to work.
