Big Sky Vacation Rentals is looking for full-time Property Inspector Team Lead. The Property Inspector Team Lead is responsible for the day-to-day readiness for arrivals and promptly inspecting home after guests or owners have departed. The main focus of this team is the readiness of each property down to all the fine details. Attention to detail is required along with a clean driving record with a valid driver's license and the ability to drive on snowy mountain roads with their team. Responsibilities also include the supervision of the Inspection Team, which may include: scheduling of the team, coaching & discipline, motivation for team, performance reviews, and training. Property Inspector Team Lead (not a complete list): Responsible for day to day readiness of the property down to fine details Scheduling, providing feedback/coaching, training and development of team Key holder of inventory and supplies Comfortable learning new systems and using technology to complete necessary job functions Have outstanding communication skills Maintain high level of focus regarding scheduling execution of properties, including significant volume of same day turnovers Some weekends and holidays are required Knowledge of home systems, maintenance and troubleshooting Property Management, Housekeeping Inspector or Director of Housekeeping experience preferred Our culture inspires our employees to be their best self.
