I have skirts that need to be hemmed. And some elastic waist bands need a dart in the back. I use a wheelchair and you cant see the back, Darts are not noticeable anyhow, but they are easy to let out when I need to. Please let me know if interested and how much. I have at least 5 skirts maybe more.
