After 6 PM, if any tickets are left, tickets will be available at the door. Current COVID Policy: For June events, we plan on returning to 100% capacity. We will actively monitor and reassess policies as needed. Please keep reading to see current policies as of 4/26/21Transitioning from COVID 19 Policies and Seating info:As we continue to transition from COVID restrictions, we feel that we need to keep our customers aware of our policies, so they can make an informed choice.  At this time we are planning on being at 90% capacity for all MAY events and 100% capacity for June events and beyond. As of February 2021, Iowa law dropped capacity restrictions.  However, we felt it was our responsibility to offer a gradual approach back to 100% (AKA, "normal").  Please keep reading to understand seating and standing room policy!We weren't open long before the pandemic hit, and have gained many loyal customers since, so we wanted to take the time to inform our patrons on what 100% ("Normal") capacity in a music venue will look like!For the foreseeable future, our 100% post-COVID Capacity will be lowered to approx 89%  pre-covid capacity.  That means, our "max" is approx 11% lower than we were operating prior to the pandemic hitting in March of 2020.But... what will that look like?  Keep reading....While we offer more seating than your typical music venue, with seating for 85% of our patrons (at our newly defined 100% capacity), vs the industry average of 30% seating available for patrons (meaning, mostly standing room at other similar-sized venues).  That does mean that a sold-out, 100% capacity event, WILL include standing room.  We don't reserve tables, however, we do open at least 1 hour before each event, giving you the opportunity to arrive early to secure seating.  We do strongly encourage those that want to be assured seating, arrive early.   We will look into the possibility of being able to purchase a select amount of tables at an additional cost, as do other comparable venues, however, right now we do not have the system to offer this.  We look forward to leaving this pandemic and its unfortunate reign in the past.  However, during this unprecedented transition period, we do need your help to ensure the safety of our guests.  Please, do not attend an event if you are experiencing any kind of symptoms relating to COVID-19, or any other illness. Please exercise proper hygiene, including handwashing, before entering the venue and while in attendance.  Hand sanitizer is readily available throughout the venue.  Please remember that some guests may be venturing out for the first time since the pandemic started, and may not be as comfortable as you are.  Please give all guests adequate room and try to space out when and where you can (bathroom lines, bar lines, etc).  Please feel encouraged to wear a mask throughout the event.
