State Charity Night At the Cedar Falls Eagles 4074. Please join us for activities supporting the Special Olympics Starting at 5:00 PM Introduction of State President Jim Zumbach and Auxiliary State President Robin Cunningham. Followed by silent auctions 5:00 to 7:00 PM. 50/50 raffle with drawing periodically throughout the night. Special Olympics merchandise for sale presented by Deb and Kevin Kressley. Meal with proceeds going directly to the Special Olympics. Raffle of Special Olympic Items. Special Olympics of Iowa socks to be auctioned off to the highest bidder. So, come and support the Special Olympics and raise a lot of money. Please join us in supporting individuals like our local Olympian Joe Soy. He has competed in Special Olympics since he was 8 years old. He has had the opportunity to compete in many events offered. With his favorites being snow skiing, basketball, track and field and bowling. During his competition he has had the opportunity to meet celebrities such as Herky the Hawk, Cy the Cyclone, Kurt Warner, Ron Steele and many others.
