Join me in my own pregnancy journey for a sweet time of community and movement with other expectant mamas. Whether you are newly pregnant or about to deliver, these classes are designed just for you. No previous yoga experience needed.
COMMUNITY: 30 min in an expectant mama circle; you will feel seen, heard, and held in your pregnancy journey!
BREATH & MOVEMENT: 60 min of nourishing breathwork and movement targeted to relax, stretch, and strengthen your changing body! Classes are designed to alleviate common pregnancy ailments, prepare your body and mind for birth, and connect you with the little life inside you.
