We are a national outsourced recruitment and management organization looking to fill positions in commercial sales centers. The call center sales representative will service organizations such as Comcast, Sirius, and other consumer services names. Responsibilities include: Inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers that already have a service, offer additional services, and take product orders and customer service inquiries. Respond to requests from customers for information on products, equipment, and new sales. Assumes full ownership of customer's requests and ensures they are resolved. Maintain a high level of competitive and product knowledge. Provide quality service that will exceed customers' expectations. Satisfies the needs of existing customers, by accessing and making use of information tools and systems to provide the most beneficial solutions. Requirements: Great communication skills Solid computer skills. Applicants must pass a background check and have full working rights in the US. Have access to reliable high-speed internet.
