Pass the PSI Examination by learning key details in this pre-licensing class Achievement: Each student will learn the fundamentals of real estate and complete the required 60 hours needed to prepare for the computerized state examination. Students will receive a certificate of completion, allowing them to apply for examination through the SC Real Estate Commission. Class Schedule: May 17 - May 26 (Day Classes) Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. This class is 7.5 days in all with a school-level test occurring on the final date from 8:00am - 12:00pm. Classrooms are Limited Seating for Spacing of Students and Sanitized and Cleaned Thoroughly. Hand Sanitizer Stations Throughout Facility. Frequent Breaks! Licensed Provider: We are a licensed course provider that offers classes for licensure through the South Carolina Real Estate Commission. Upon completion of our coursework, you will be eligible to take your state and national portion exams and become a fully licensed real estate professional. As a licensee, you must place your license under the supervision of a Broker-In-Charge. It will be the licensee's responsibility to interview and find the brokerage where they desire to be employed. Qualifications and Skills: Must be at least 18 years old to apply for state examination. Minimum education requirement is a HS Diploma or GED. Background Checks are now required through the SC Real Estate Commission.
