This position is responsible to oversee daily plant operations in the moving, processing, and shipping of recyclable materials in a safe and efficient manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manages daily plant operations and ensures compliance with all safety practices. 1. Reviews and evaluates work to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance with policies and procedures. 2. Supervises productions staff and coordinates workflow and assignments to achieve operational goals. 3. Oversees operations’ personnel needs including coaching, training, and promotion decisions. 4. Investigates, reviews, and controls implementation of safety regulations and company policies and procedures. 5. Submits daily, weekly, and month end reports to the General Manager. 6. Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications 1. Mechanical Proficiency 2. Organizational Skills Required Education and Experience 1. High School Diploma 2. English speaking.
