ADEPT SPEED CAMP (8-13 YRS) DATE: JUNE 5, 2021 LOCATION: JACKSON HIGH SCHOOL CHECK-IN TIME: 8:00 AM EST AGE GROUP: Players 8-13 years COST: FREE The goal of speed and agility training are to get players “Prepared to Play”. This non-contact camp will begin with skills training and transition to competitive drills. Campers will learn basic fundamentals, speed and conditioning techniques . Campers will receive instruction from the best high school and former NFL players in the local area! This camp is open to ALL players from the local area.
