Oh, magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together! Psalm 34:3 (ESV)
As we begin the process of coming back together for corporate worship, we all acknowledge that these are not normal times. In order to facilitate our gathering, there will be several precautions that we take that are "not normal" and can even be viewed as being an inconvenience. Out of an abundance of caution in a spirit of love for all of our brothers and sisters, this is how we will facilitate our services:
Because of limited seating, preregistration is needed to assure you that a seat will be available when you arrive
Bring and wear your own masks. If you do not already have one, we will provide one for you to use. Children under the age of two should not wear masks.
Practice 6' social distancing. Household members will sit together.
While we will have a wonderful time of worship through music, hearing great biblical teaching, and being together, there are a few things we will not have.
There will be no adults Sunday Communities.
This will be a touchless service so unfortunately there will be: no hugging, handshakes, elbow/fist bumps. We understand this is a difficult task for us in the South!
The Cafe, Prayer Room, and Connection Point will be closed.
There will be no bulletins, seat-back-pocket cards, or paper and pen for taking notes.
We ask that you show grace and love to others as we start this process of gathering together to continue our mission to glorify God by making disciples of Jesus who love God passionately and love others unconditionally.
