LANDSCAPE CREW MEMBERS ABC Scapes Inc a 26 year, “AWARD WINNING COMPANY” currently looking for Crew Members in the Landscape Maintenance Division. Overview: A Crew Member is responsible for the associated landscape duties for our commercial properties, to perform all assigned tasks, to make sure the work is completed safely and timely, and that it meets quality and productivity expectations. A Crew Member is responsible for ensuring proper use and care of the equipment they use at each job site. Compensation is $13.00 per hour to start with room for advancement. Licensed drivers earn $15.00 per hour to start. Paid vacations, paid holidays, clothing allowance. Essential Job Responsibilities (but not limited to): General landscape maintenance Use required personal protective gear/equipment necessary to perform the job. Work in a safe manner to protect customer's property from damage by equipment or flying debris. Properly mark and rope off any open holes or hazards to protect residents from getting hurt. Consistently provide workmanship that meets quality expectations. Before leaving each job site, make sure that it properly cleaned, and that all equipment is removed. Report to work every day and on time.
