ABF Behavioral Health Services provide culturally sensitive, high-quality behavioral health services to adults and their families in order to empower healthy people in a strong community. We offer convenient and comfortable, professional settings for our staff and conduct assessment/diagnostic services specializing in identifying rehabilitative needs to support and aid persons served. What is PRP? ABF offers a range of rehabilitation services to adults ages 18 & up who experience difficulties resulting in behavioral problems of substance and alcohol use disorders and severe mental health and emotional illnesses. Our services are designed to promote, reinforce, and equip participants with the skills required to thrive in their home, work, and community setting. ELIGIBILITY Persons with federally funded Medicaid and Dual Eligible Medicare and Medicaid.Persons who meet the medical necessity criteriaPerson willingness to participate.Access services or resources more effectively and efficientlyBuild your support team to reach your desired goals.Develop a personalized rehabilitation plan to promote your personal growth and developmentImprove overall quality of life BENEFITS OF PRP SERVICES HOW TO GET STARTED? A referral is made by a licensed mental health professional for PRP services. An initial Face-to-Face Screening is conducted by Rehabilitation Specialist to determine eligibility and a person’s willingness to participate in the program. Authorization from United Optum is obtained. If approved, services are initiated within ten (10) business days of receiving authorization.
