Laborer Position

Title: Laborer Location: Various Project Locations Schedule: Monday through Friday (Typically 8-10 hour days) Reports To: Foreman / Staff Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour Responsibilities: - Perform day to day operations at job sites as instructed - Install silt fence, super silt fence, and matting quickly - Ability to use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and augers - Ability to use chain-saws, jumping jacks, and assorted power tools - Load & unload materials as required Job Requirements/Qualifications: - Reliable transportation to meeting location/projects - Ability to work overtime when asked - Able to lift up to 70 lbs. - With valid driver’s license ability to drive company F-250/350/450 trucks with trailer is a plus - Hydroseeding and E&S experience is a plus - Ability to operate skid steer or mini-excavator is a plus Company Benefits: - Health insurance - Life insurance - Dental & vision insurance - Company retirement plan with match - Five paid vacation days after first year employment - Paid holidays and sick days - Optional company uniforms - Safety bonus & company bonus programs - Job-specific transportation can be provided Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
