Hi there, My name is Tasha And I'm reaching out to the community to see if there is anyone out there that is able to help Me out and you will be fully compensated as well of course if you can help me out. Ive been trying to get an apt or house for about 3 months now of which 2 of them were lived in a Uhaul truck and in hotels unfortunately. I have great news though because I found out that I got approved for a trailer that I applied for and Am so happy that I can finally get my own place. The only thing that is holding me back now is that they just notified me that they would need the full months rent due at the time of signing rather than it being prorated for the last 5 days of the month like I was thinking it was going to be. Then on may 1st I'd be paying the prorated amount for the 5 days. The problem is that I don't get the rest of my money until the 1st and I'm short for the amount of the full rent which is $505.00 because I have the $505 that's required for the deposit. If anyone is willing to work with me and provide me with a loan for the $505.00 until I can pay you back on the 1 st of may and ill also throw another $100 on top for you helping me out. We can get it notarized in writing if you'd like so that way you know I'm serious about paying you back.
