21st Century Scholars workshop and sign up to qualify for free In state tuition! Hosted by Boys and Girls Clubs of St. Joseph County We will help enroll your student as a 21st Century Scholar, making your child eligible for FREE in-state college tuition upon graduation. The workshop will be led by local college representatives. All new signs ups receive a gift. To learn more about this great scholarship, watch the video below. Is My Child Eligible? Child is a resident of IndianaChild is currently enrolled in the 7th or 8th grade at an Indiana public or private school accredited by the Indiana Department of Education OR children in foster care after the 8th grade.Be a US citizen or eligible non-citizenBe a member of a family that meets the income eligibility guidelines.
