No hormones, pesticides, antibiotics, etc. USDA inspected. Steaks and roasts in shrink wrapped clear plastic, 90% lean hamburger in 1 pound chubs. $7 a pound finished wrapped meat. Quarters running about 75 lbs each. We are just east of Black Forest.
