Hi, We are looking for someone to help us with updating an old looking room in our home. It is a bedroom and it needs a new floor(from carpet to some type of Laminate / vinyl plank), to take out a window and make the wall flat, repaint, etc. I would like to have this person come to our place in San Francisco (near Bayshore and Silver) and give us a bid.
