Created by Amber Allechi of #SHE: Strong Healthy Empowered - spiritual, mental, emotional & physical fitness for women. Women of any fitness level can take this class as long as participants modify as necessary. This is a medium to fast-paced class, and participants can drink water & take short breaks as needed. What to wear: tight-fitting fitness clothing. There will be lots of movement. Dressing in layers is encouraged as you will get hot & sweaty! What to bring: Your own yoga mat, water, a small towel. How to pay: Donations will be accepted via cash, venmo, cash app or zelle. Class begins promptly at 6:30 pm. *This will be a weekly class. About Amber: Amber has been a fitness enthusiast for most of her life! She has been teaching all types of Zumba classes & Buti Yoga for the past 10 years.
