Job Responsibilities: Support Farmer in various farm tasks such as: Weeding Harvesting Planting Maintain good relationships with clients Adhere to Farmscape best practices Represent Farmscape in a friendly and professional manner Qualifications: Some experience with annual vegetable cultivation Able to lift 50 pounds Ability to perform manual work, lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Ability to learn and adapt to Farmscape best practices Friendly and clear communicator Organizational skills and attention to detail a must Curiosity, resourcefulness, tenacity and strong work ethic Location: Fremont and San Jose, CA Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm Status: Full time, non-exempt Compensation: $16-$18 /hr Benefits: Benefits for full-time employees include: Health insurance, 401(k) plan with employer matching, FSA & Dependent Care plan, Paid vacation, Monthly Smartphone reimbursement and Mileage reimbursement.
