Do you want a fun job, around the water? Can you take directions AND work on your own? Can you walk a property, see what is needed, and then do what is needed to take care of the problem without being asked to do so? Are you handy with tools? Do you have the ability to communicate, speak and comprehend the english language? If you answered yes to ALL of the above questions, we may have a job for you! We are looking for someone to handle the following duties. These are some of the things you may be doing and is not an all inclusive list: Light demolition Landscaping Job site cleanup for projects (around water, around vessels, on or in storage containers) Washing vehicles, vessels or storage containers; inside and out Purchasing or Buying items for projects, including driving company vehicles towing a trailer (as needed) You must be 18 years or older The ability to work well with others, in a team environment Ability to adhere to safety and security protocols, defined by the site Follow through on commitments and meet deadlines All applicants must have transportation and a valid drivers license. You must be able to lift 25 - 50 lbs and have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time Previous experience as a handyman is a plus
