Minimum Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in cannabis cultivation. Minimum 2 years in commercial cannabis nursery production. Must possess knowledge of cloning and mother stock maintenance. Must be detail-oriented with a passion for a very high standard of quality. Must have basic knowledge of plant nutrition for mother stock maintenance and cloning. Must be willing and able to consistently work 40 hours per week including flexibility with weekends. Job Responsibilities Cut and stick clones Maintain and manage quality control related to fulfilling orders. Assist with the organization of a maintenance program for mother plants including pruning, cleaning, pest management, and proper spacing. Assist with an organized and consistent rotation of mother plants, maintain mother plant inventory, and increase or decrease mother stock population of specific genetics based on demand. Other Qualifications: Must be 21 years of age or older Knowledge of basic cannabis laws Familiarity with cannabis strains Must be able to pass a background check Must be reliable and dependable with a good work ethic Must be willing to work weekends, and holidays as needed Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be a self-starter with excellent communication skills. Ability to be flexible as required and communicate proactively The pay is $16 - $22 per hour depending upon experience. It’s a full-time job with a typical schedule of 9 to 5 Sunday through Thursday, or Tuesday through Saturday, but flexibility is required.
