Using Sound Off Headphones, Jeannine and Perla guide you through an immersive meditation experience. Point Zero Experience is a simple innovative approach to meditation that helps quiet the mind and follow your inner compass.  Jeannine Bergman, owner of Pilates One and creator of Point Zero has teamed up with Perla Herrera from Breath Experience to bring accessible and powerful meditations to all.  Based on the concept of Shunya -the space between your thoughts- Point Zero allows your mind to release the old patterns and make space for new experiences to come into your life.  Our method follows you every step of the way through the practices of Kundalini, Breath-work techniques and Meditation.  Kundalini warms up the body and works like an antenna to receive the specific energy we are tuning into. Breath quiets the mind, allowing the chatter (monkey brain) to quiet down; allowing you to listen to your inner guidance.   Guided meditation while under an Alpha state is where the integration part of the Point Zero Method happens. In a short period of time, Point Zero brings you effective results. Think of Point Zero as your blank canvas. ~Stay still, make space, and receive. This is a charming and lush space where we will be surrounded by palms and trees. This outdoor space provides privacy and safe sanctuary for us to meet in community and go deep within.
