I need to rehome my dog, Harry. He's a Dachshund-Beagle mix breed, about 20 lbs, considered a "small" dog, estimated to be 4 yrs old (he was shelter dog without records when I got him). He has a short black coat with some patches of white fur around his chin and chest. He's house-trained, neutered, and vaccinated. Harry likes to play fetch (video https://imgur.com/a/Bwjn6Gm ) and tug with rope toys. He shows his love by demanding pets by either shoving himself under you or flipping belly up, and napping beside you or on top of you if you let him. He has no problems using a crate, he has one, but after I was sure he was safe without one, I stopped using it. He doesn't bite or chew anything in the home. Harry has really low needs, he naps when he's bored and is a small size so even a small home/apartment is not a problem. His breed isn't banned by anybody. He has been fostered in a home with another dog before me so it's ok if you have another dog. I will give you all his stuff, plus the vet paperwork. I will simply ask that you tell me exactly what you plan on feeding him, how much per day, and how much that will cost for a year, as sort of a quiz to make sure you are a good home for him. Of course I'll be happy to answer your questions as well.
