Join us for this free class guided by LeNell on the beautiful tree-lined Norwood Blvd just a few blocks from our shop. We're ready for some yoga/meditation in the sunshine! Are you? Easy yoga movement, mantra, breathwork, and meditation in the shade amongst friends. Park near Norwood Elementary at the corner of 16th Ave N and Norwood Blvd. Kids welcome! If it rains we will meet at the Norwood Park Pavilion at 1420 28th St N.
