We’re seeking qualified candidates for the role of Maintenance Tech I (full time) at Manchester Oaks! We’re looking for a Maintenance Tech I to join our growing team. The Maintenance Tech I is part of our residential property management group and prepares individuals for potential advancement to the role of Maintenance Tech II and Maintenance Lead. Our Maintenance Technicians have the opportunity to address and respond to each resident’s service needs and are instrumental in maintaining the facility operations at their community. What you will do: Provide direct support to our Property Manager Utilize your troubleshooting skills to respond to a wide variety of residential service requests in a timely and professional manner Prepare apartment homes for rent by performing various repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry wall, building exteriors, and appliances Ensure that any unresolved maintenance issues or concerns are reported to the Property Manager What we need: Substantial knowledge and experience repairing plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry wall, building exteriors, electrical, HVAC, and appliances Dedication to exceeding the needs of all customers with an ability to build and maintain relationships Demonstrate thoroughness, accuracy, and organization when accomplishing tasks Why choose FRED: We work in a high-energy environment where people care about and support one another.
