Maintenance Technician / Handy Person / DOE - UP TO $27/HOUR

We are looking for individuals with 2-3 years' experience in: • Drywall repair and installation • Painting, interior & exterior • Basic electrical repairs • Basic plumbing repairs • Basic and finish carpentry • Basic appliance diagnostics and repair • Ability to follow proper safety protocols and use of required PPE • Willingness to comply with company policies, procedures and standards • Ability to read, write and communicate in English We offer competitive pay and benefits to include medical insurance, company vehicle, paid time off, paid holidays, mileage reimbursement and cell phone reimbursement. Qualifications and requirements include: • Minimum of 2 years' experience in maintenance • Great customer service & trustworthiness • Demonstrated proficiency in areas of plumbing and electrical • Must be punctual, and have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and insurance • Must be able to travel within multiple properties • Must be willing to respond to after hour emergencies • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, push and pull up to 100lbs daily • Basic computer skills is a must, must be able to enter work order status updates • Knowledge of AppFolio & TSheets is a plus Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Building maintenance, including completing work orders in occupied properties, turnover work in vacant properties • Basic to intermediate plumbing duties such as clearing blockages, replacing fittings, replacing water heater elements, etc. • Basic to intermediate electrical (license not required) such as replacing fixtures and outlets • Replace kitchen sinks, window screens, garbage disposals, blinds, fixtures, hardware, other appliances, painting • Light carpentry and drywall work • Assist with special projects as needed to include light landscaping A drug screen, background and credit check are required.
