An established Resinous Flooring/Floor Coatings company is looking for hard working employees to be trained as apprentices for Coatings installation and labor. Hours, locations, and products/tasks can vary widely from project to project. Some nights, weekends, and travel is required and compensation is provided for travel expenses (hotel, per diem, and travel time). A new employee will receive on-the-job training in the use of several industry specific pieces of equipment as well as the installation of the many unique products/systems we install. Ability to learn on the job, a good attitude and a strong work ethic are a must. We have openings for both entry level and experienced employees. Pay is negotiable and will be reflective of your experience and work ethic. There is room for rapid advancement in responsibility and pay. The following experience is an advantage, but not required: * Epoxy and/or urethane mortars. * Trowel related trade experience (i.e. concrete finisher). * Concrete prep (grinders, shot-blasters, chipping gun, concrete saw). * Placement and/or finishing of concrete and/or self-leveler. * Decorative concrete (stains, polishes, decorative flake floors). * Floor Demo (grinding and removing concrete). * Related industry experience (carpet and VCT installation, etc.). The ideal candidate has some/all of the following characteristics: * Great Communication Skills (written & verbal). * Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation. * Ability to work in a Team Environment. * Ability to work Flexible Schedule (weekends, nights, long hours). * Able to lift up to at least 50 lbs. * Professional Integrity.
