Hello, we here at JBS are currently looking for experienced Commercial, Residential, & New Construction Lead Painters to hire ASAP! Please submit a resume upon applying. -------------------------------------- Experience: • Can handle up to 42 ft. ladders. • Minimum 3 Years of New Construction experience. • Millwork Fine Finish/Cabinetry Refinishing. • Residential Exterior & Interior Repaints. • Efficient with Airless Paint Sprayers and HVLP's. • Efficient with various Hand Brushes and Basic Hand Tools. • Efficient with masking tools & supplies. REQUIREMENTS: • Must arrive on time. • Cannot be afraid of heights, we work with 4+ story buildings all the time! • Must be willing to learn on the job despite previous past experience. • Must provide your own hand tools! Sprayers not included. *(Employee discount as Sherwin for needed supplies.) • Must be able to handle, store, and keep track of self & company tools at all times. • Eligible to be left alone or with separate co-workers on a job-site and be able to confidently & efficiently finish work on time. • Pays explicit attention to detail and fine finish work. • Keeps workspace clean and neat. • Must speak English. *(Bilingual is a major plus) • Must own a functioning & reliable form of transportation. • Must have a valid drivers' license. • Must be able to drive varying commute times to work. • Must be able to work with a flexible and/or adaptable schedule. • Must have a good attitude on job sites at all times. • Must follow instructions. Time and Work Locations: • 90% of our job sites stretch between Seattle, Bellevue, and Redmond. However, we have sites that have ranged from Renton, all the way to Camano Island, and everything in-between. The locations & schedule will be discussed prior to your starting date. • 'General Working Start Time' is 8:00 AM; *however, start times can vary per job. Starting times will be discussed prior to the job's start date. COVID-19 considerations: • We work diligently to schedule around other Subcontractors & Trades to reduce the amount of human-to-human contact. • We provide gloves & masks when needed.
