Job Description We are looking for a full-time Janitor to clean medical clinics in the greater Everett Area Schedule: 7:00PM-3:30AM - workdays open to discussion A criminal background and driving record check and drug test will be conducted. Position involves driving your own vehicle to one or more locations to clean various medical clinics in Snohomish county after meeting with managers in a central location in Everett to receive nightly instructions and assignments. Vaccinations may be required for: Measles, Mumps & Rubella Varicella(Chicken Pox) Tuberculosis Hepatitis B As a Janitor, you will: · Vacuum, sweep and mop floors · Clean, sanitize and stock patient rooms · Clean, sanitize and stock restrooms · Dust and polish surfaces · Empty trash and linen bins Janitor – Qualifications and Requirements: · Perform quality work in a fast-paced environment · Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours · Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds · Ability to use a backpack vacuum for extended periods of time · Ability to occasionally work at heights from a ladder and walk on uneven ground · Ability to work with hazardous chemicals and be exposed to dust, gas or fumes · Must comply with all safety standards · Must have consistent attendance and punctuality About us: Alliance Building Services is a full-service maintenance company operating in the greater Seattle Area. We provide janitorial services, window cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, pressure washing, lighting, building restoration and grounds care. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 per hour
