Hello! The Land Sanctuary seeks a part-full time grounds and maintenance specialist to help keep its 162 acre retreat property running smoothly. We are nestled in the Anderson Valley, provide delicious farm to table lunches during your work days and love stewarding the land we get to call home. Applicants must be available for work in the day time and have the following skills: 1. Basic carpentry and repair 2. Tractor and small farm vehicle mechanical repairs 3. Can repair well systems pumps and irrigation - this is Ideal, but we know its a stretch! Some of the Maintenance and Repair Tasks you will be doing: • Maintenance and repairs of houses, cabins, animal pens, indoor and outdoor structures. • Maintain water filtration and water system, calcite and potassium filters, sediment filters, iron filter, UV bulbs • Maintenance, cleaning of all vehicles • Golf cart cleaning and maintenance • Septic tank maintenance • Clean Biofilter • Change lightbulbs • Maintain tools, shop, materials Please email with your skills and to set up an interview.
