The second phase of the project to resurface the Techny Basin Trail is anticipated to start the week of May 2, and be completed by May 16, weather permitting.
Phase 2 involves work within the eastern and southern sections of the path, and consists of removing the existing 10-foot-wide asphalt path and replacing it with a new asphalt and aggregate base.
The eastern and southern sections of the path will be closed to the public during construction, tentatively from May 2 to May 16. See location map.
