Sous Chef for High Level Cabin Event

I am looking for a reliable, passion driven sous chef to help cater an elite event. This is a private event for luxury clientele and I am in need of a professional who can take direction well and assist as needed. The event is from Monday May 3rd -Saturday May 8th 2021. I would need your services for 10 hours each day for a total of about 60 hours. Job Description: Prepping produce (cutting, chopping, slicing) Serving Meals to Guests Cleaning and replenishing the kitchen as needed. Pay is contract based and would include bonuses based on performance. I would love to connect, please reply with your resume and or references. You do not have to be a certified sous chef to apply.
