As a crew member you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge in the direction you desire. Specializing in erosion control, reclamation, commercial landscape, and maintenance, Powell Restoration is willing to train crew members in their desired division. To be successful in this position an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily:
• Able to follow direction and execute tasks
As part of our team, crew members and foremen have daily goals. Foremen will assign tasks to each crew member to execute the assigned goal for the crew.
• Communicate regularly for success
Communication with direct foreman and immediate supervisor is key in an effective team approach.
• Bring suggestions for continual improvement
As front-line crew member your opinion and suggestions are significant for improvement of safety, production, and culture of this company.
• Practice safety precaution
• Be reliable
• Have a sense of urgency
• Have reliable transportation to and from work
• Ask questions
Physical Requirements:
• Able to work in all types of weather
• Able to work 10+ hours per day for 5-6 days per week.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds multiple times a day
• Able to work safely with hand tools
• Able to pass a background check and/or drug screening as needed
