Arborist – Tree climber – Tree Trimmer – Tree Work in Denver/Aurora and surrounding areas. We are seeking an experienced Certified Arborist for a Lead Climber position IMMEDIATELY with a startup company in the Denver/Aurora area who has a passion for preserving and caring for trees. This position will involve pruning and general maintenance of trees on commercial and residential properties. Supervise and manage tree care crew while performing all aspects of tree care services, as directed by Company Owner or Local Manager. Review scope of work and safety issues with the Owner or Manager prior to beginning each work assignment. Ensure that all tree care work is performed in accordance with industry and company standards.  Interact with clientele in order to help ensure job satisfaction. Skills Desired of Arborist and Climbers: - 5+ years climbing in tree experience. - Ability to climb and prune large trees with rope and saddle using best practices. - Experienced at rigging and removing trees safely as well as being able to fell trees safely from the ground preferred. - Climbing gear required. - Reliable transportation required - Ability to run small crews effectively - Ability to drive large chip truck with chipper trailer - Good tree ID and general knowledge of Colorado Front Range Trees or ability and desire to learn - Full and Part Time - Bring a cooperative and enthusiastic attitude to the job site. - Can work well as part of a team - Works hard and is detail oriented - Loves working outdoors - Ground floor opportunity with startup company - Weekly Pay on Fridays Contact Vince at (7 two 0) three 55-066 one or email
