Touring/festival band looking for new Lead Guitarist

Emma's Lounge needs a new Lead Guitarist! Below are the main musical and personal qualities we're looking for. If you would be a great fit, please send us an email with samples of yourself playing live (a simple cell phone video will do just fine!), any other music samples you'd like to share, and info about yourself. What we need: Musical - Very good lead guitarist - Open to playing a very wide variety of styles and excited to play our music - Self-driven; willing to put in work outside of our regular weekly band practices - Open to playing with In-Ear Monitors (we will provide), click track, and backing tracks - Bonus points if you can sing, but not absolutely necessary Personal - A decent human being; kind and caring with a positive attitude - Hungry and self-driven - Flexible schedule; willing to prioritize our band - Basic adulting skills - Believes in equality and humane treatment of all people --- About Emma's Lounge We're an "Astrolachian" band from Asheville, NC. We play a crazy-wide variety of music. We morph from folk to funk, reggae to punk, metal and powerful soul rock, head-turning electronic-tinged psychedelia and anything in between. We love keeping people on their toes and we follow our inspiration wherever it goes. We averaged about 32 shows per year before the pandemic and we are looking to expand that to 40+ shows per year and more once we have our lineup stable again. We love playing festivals. We've shared stages with an equally diverse group of artists including BIG Something, Consider The Source, Zach Deputy, The Fritz, Litz, Dr. Bacon, Dangermuffin, Toubab Krewe, The Broadcast, Futurebirds, and many more.
