This yard sale will be held at 6114 Beaver Ridge road in Knoxville, TN 37931 on the first and 3rd Saturday of every month from 10am to 2pm. Join us for our first one this Saturday May 1st. This event will be hosted by “Check Here First” a family owned business that specializes in small appliances, but sells all kinds of yard sale items from furniture to toys. As a commitment to our community we have decided to offer “first dibs” on our new inventory at a discounted rate to our local family before placing items to be sold online. Also in an effort to improve our local economy with the help from our Karns community we hope to branch out and invite a series of other local vendors to join us. We hope to bring Karns and all of Knoxville the savings while keeping it local.
