HOUSEKEEPER / PERSONAL ASSISANT (part-time) Smyrna, TN I am looking for a person to clean my home and office (same location) and occasionally run errands. Hours and pay are based on performance and experience ($13 to $15 per hour). Looking for a dedicated, hard working person who takes pride in their work and is detail oriented. Hours Flexible. You will be required to perform cleaning duties as assigned, which includes but is not limited to: cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming, dusting and polishing furniture, cleaning windows, emptying and cleaning trash cans, changing bedding, washing/drying and folding laundry. I will furnish all supplies necessary and compensate you for mileage accrued while running errands. Prior housekeeping experience preferred, but not required. You must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly. Candidates with felonies on their record will not be considered, and a background check is required. Physical Requirements: You must have the ability to lift up to 50lbs and be able to reach, bend, stoop, kneel, stand and walk for extended periods of time. You must also have complete mobility to walk up and down stairs while carrying laundry and cleaning supplies. You must be dependable, punctual and have reliable transportation.
